OurFaves Taste of Italy walkmap
Ever since I joined toronto.com, I had been working on tons of print media. OurFave.com is a sister site of toronto.com, it’s a user generated review site for things/places for Toronto. This weekend is toronto’s Taste of Little Italy. The stretch goes from College St. & Bathurst St. to College St. & Shaw St. All the vendors on the street will set up stands for everyone to taste their food, or try their product. Geese Family Encounter
When was the last time you see large families of Canadian Geese in City of Toronto?? I was quite surprised to see them while walking down the street to a store.
Eye Weekly Sponsored Zipcar
I have been using zipcar for a while,.. and then till I saw this car. I can’t stop laughing. It’s sponsored by Eye weekly and then it’s CAD 6.50/hr including insurance and gas (vs. normally CAD 10.50/hr rate) I would say it’s a pretty awesome deal except you are a driving advertisement for Eye weekly.
Toronto New Street Car Reaveled
Yesterday I had a chance to go past Dundas Square to check out this new street car. Seems like TTC had tried hard to make everyone’s life better. It has lowered the floor for no steps access, widen the aisles, and widen the door. Heck, the door even opens sideways. (hmm, but how would a car from behind knows that people are coming off from the street car?), and looks like we get some comfortable seats as well..woot! you can click on the picture to see more.
